GOP Finds Itself At A 'Pivot Point' Over Afghanistan
When President Obama said it's time "to focus on nation-building here at home" in laying out his drawdown plan, the remark seemed pointed at Republicans. The war's cost and overwhelming unpopularity have left the GOP struggling over how or whether to recast its traditionally hawkish stance.
