Arrest Warrant Issued For Top Afghan Banker

Abdul Qadir Fitrat faces prosecution for not acting on warnings about widespread corruption at Kabul Bank, which nearly collapsed last year because of mismanagement and questionable lending practices, the Afghan attorney general's office said. Fitrat said he resigned and fled to the U.S. because of threats on his life.
