Palestinian Leader Sees No Alternative To Peace Talks
After two days of inconclusive negotiations with Israel, it wasn't clear whether Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas was suggesting that the Palestinians would remain committed to the talks if Israel doesn't extend a curb on settlement construction in the West Bank.
