Beyond Emanuel: The White House's Next Chapter
When President Obama picked Rahm Emanuel as his chief of staff, it signaled his desire for a team with the skills to push his agenda through Congress. Now, in choosing Emanuel's replacement, Obama has to decide who will be best for the next stage, when Democratic majorities may be smaller, or nonexistent.
