Clinton: Nations Will 'Pay Price' For Restricting Web
Secretary of State Hillary Clinton is warning autocratic governments that restricting the Internet will not hold back rising support for democratic reforms. In a speech Tuesday, she vowed to support Internet freedoms. But, Senate Republicans complain in new report that the State Department isn't financing Internet freedoms, at least when it comes to China.
