'Guy From Frog Jump' Aims To Restore 'Real America'
Rep. Stephen Fincher (R-TN) epitomizes the first-time politicians who make up a third of the freshmen class in the House of Representatives. He is spending as little time as possible in Washington and says what his constituents want will play a big part in how he votes, even if that means breaking with other Republicans.
