Weekly Standard: Santorum, The Moral Candidate
After coming in second in the Iowa caucus, Rick Santorum seems to be gaining speed. But New Hampshire requires a different approach. Jonathan V. Last of The Weekly Standard says the campaign has been shrewd in blending morality with economic conservatism.
