Judge Rejects GOP Virginia Primary Ballot Appeal
A federal judge refused Friday to add Texas Gov. Rick Perry, Newt Gingrich, Rick Santorum and Jon Huntsman to Virginia's Republican presidential primary ballot. U.S. District Judge John Gibney ruled that the candidates should have challenged the state's primary qualifying rules earlier.
