Foreign Policy: Where Fukushima Meets Cyber Wars

Gen. Keith Alexander, head of U.S. Cyber Command, argued before Congress this week that future conflicts will prompt cyber warfare. David Rothkopf of Foreign Policy argues that in light of Japan's nuclear crisis and the Stuxnet virus, the U.S. needs to strengthen cyber security in order to decrease what could be a substantial nuclear threat.
