National Review: Income Taxes Hinder Growth

The 2010 Census results came out yesterday, an early Christmas treat for Michael Barone of National Review. He notes that the population growth is stronger where taxes are lower. He also notes that many of the states that gained seats in the House of Representatives are those that went for John McCain in 2008, and George W. Bush in 2004.
