New Republic: Four Options For Action In Libya

The debate continues over whether or not the U.S. and other Western countries should intervene in Libya, despite the Arab League stating last week that they reject any foreign intervention. Steven Metz of The New Republic argues that if the U.S. were to stage military intervention, it likely has four methods, depending on varying circumstances.
