Moroccan King Pledges Constitutional Changes
In a rare speech to the nation, King Mohammed VI said a new commission would recommend revisions to him by June. The plan, which would be put to voters in a referendum, would aim to broaden individual freedoms, solidify the rule of law and strengthen human rights.
