Gas prices and debt to dominate Congress in May (Reuters)

WASHINGTON (Reuters) - The Congress returns to work on Monday to begin
negotiations in earnest on the government's jumbo-sized debt, even as
Republicans and Democrats trade blame for soaring gasoline prices.
