Finding Beauty In A Small-Town Pageant
May is pageant season across the country, and hundreds of teenage girls will put on ball gowns, high heels and lots of lipstick to compete for titles like Miss Spring Queen, Miss Bay County or Miss Tri-Valley. This year's Miss Shrimp Festival contest was a showdown between Miss Popularity and Miss Sophisticate.
