FDA Warns Makers Of Alcoholic Energy Drinks

The agency sent warning letters to four manufacturers stating that the caffeine added to their beverages is an "unsafe food additive." Four states -- Washington, Michigan, Utah and Oklahoma -- have banned the beverages, and others are considering similar action.
